
This is an evening yoga class just for you. This class will offer meditation, postures and breathwork with an intentional focus on connecting deeper with your body and finding longer pauses between your thoughts. This class will use simple yoga or household props to support your practice. Class is welcome to all levels, it may involve mat and/or chair work. Bring a mat, water and a towel or blanket.

This a a class to support the new or old students in various postures. Postures are modified to fit the body and props are available. Class is tailor made to you and your abilities.

The Winter Solstice marks a powerful threshold—the longest night of the year and the quiet beginning of the light’s return. It is a sacred pause, inviting women to rest, reflect, and intentionally turn toward what they wish to grow in the year ahead.
Join me for a virtual Winter Solstice Meditation Circle for women, where we will gather across space to slow down, soften inward, and honor the wisdom of this seasonal turning point. Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and reflective intention-setting, you’ll be supported in releasing the weight of this past year and consciously welcoming clarity, light, and direction as we step toward 2026.
This circle is for women who are tired of pushing, who feel called to move into the next year with more alignment, presence, and trust in themselves.
