Virtual Yoga For You
WED OCT 8, 6:30 - 7:30 PM CDT

This is an evening yoga class just for you. This class will offer meditation, postures and breathwork with an intentional focus on connecting deeper with your body and finding longer pauses between your thoughts. This class will use simple yoga or household props to support your practice. Class is welcome to all levels, it may involve mat and/or chair work. Bring a mat, water and a towel or blanket.

This class is via Zoom, link and additional props list will be provided in an email.
