Let’s sweeten up your mornings with a little dose of M&Ms – Movement & Meditation. 🌸

This week, I’m inviting you to take just a few minutes each morning to connect with your breath and your body. Even the simplest movements can set the tone for a calm, focused, and energized day.

💜 Your Morning Practice:

  1. Find a Comfortable Seat – Sit tall in a chair or on the floor, with your feet or sit bones grounded.

  2. Rest Your Hands – Place them gently on your belly or thighs.

  3. Inhale Slowly – Breathe in through your nose, allowing your belly to gently expand.

  4. Exhale Fully – Breathe out through your nose or mouth, feeling your belly soften back in.

  5. Repeat for 5 Cycles – Stay present with the rise and fall of your breath.
